Pixels+Points is currently developing the brand identity for The Residences at Annapolis Gardens, a revitalized group of townhomes in Annapolis, Maryland. Below is the new logo which visually depicts a set of the attached homes within the community. A customized typographic treatment completes the mark, giving the property a fresh new feel to what was once a crime-ridden desolate group of dilapidated properties. Pixels+Points is also developing the property’s stationery, marketing collateral, site signage and web site.

Working with Loop 9 Marketing, Pixels+Points designed and developed a branding campaign for E-Gen™, Arclin’s sustainable product suite. Within the timeframe of 4 weeks, we designed a complete collateral package, booth displays and Web site for the upcoming GreenBuild 2009 in Phoenix. Centered around the concept of “the ingredients of green”, Pixels+Points developed a cohesive visual identity that focused on E-gen’s trademarked “leaf” as the conceptual entry point, consistent throughout the rest of the materials. At the “root” of it all, is E-Gen’s product suite. Below are samples of the Web site, booth display and print collateral.

Pixels+Points’ recent branding and design work for Westport Waterfront has led to the studio developing the concepts for the project’s new campaign “Live Car-Free”, and the accompanying microsite, LiveatWestport.com. The campaign revolves around Westport Waterfront’s urban revitalization where city dwellers will enjoy the amenities of Baltimore City life, all within walking distance and public transportation. Pixels+Points developed a set up icons accompanied by a single “action” verb for each, further emphasizing the diverse activities one can enjoy without the use of a car! Pixels+Points is currently developing the new brand for Cristobal Resorts in Cabo San Cristobal, Mexico. The new branding effort includes the design of a custom logomark, marketing collateral, merchandising and color selection for resort products and services. The logomark was ultimately derived from a subtle abstraction of two beachfront elements: an ocean wave and inner conch shell. The distinct color palette was formulated from the radiant color spectrum seen from a beach at sunset.
